Public Health Minister Anne Milton visited the South East Coast region to speak to staff and local communities about the NHS White Paper ‘Equity and Excellence: Liberating the NHS’ and to hear their views on the proposals. This is part of the Department of Health’s ongoing consultation process with third-party experts and patient groups.
